Legal Compliance and Safety<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All boats operated by The Boat Charter and their partners, are fully licensed and insured. Each boat is equipped with complete safety gear. All vessels are operated by qualified, professional crew members. Ensuring your safety is our top priority.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. Booking Confirmation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A booking is confirmed and secured once we receive 50% of the total charter fee. The remaining balance must be paid before boarding. Upon receiving the initial payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Payment Options<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We accept payments through the following methods:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cash (Euros)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX (Note: AMEX transactions incur a 3.5% additional fee)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bank transfer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PayPal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. Fuel Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fuel costs are not included in the charter price. Our staff will provide average consumption details before departure, allowing you to estimate the additional cost. Payment for fuel is required on the morning of the charter.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5. Mooring Fees<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While mooring costs at our home port in Ibiza are included in the day charter fees, any moorings outside the home port, such as in Formentera or Mallorca, will incur additional charges. The specific fees for these locations will be discussed during the booking process.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6. Charter Duration and Timing<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Charters typically last 8 hours, with specific departure times agreed upon during booking. All day charters must return before nightfall for safety reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">7. Vessel Condition<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our fleet consists of boats that are either new or in near-new condition, maintained both mechanically and cosmetically by our dedicated team. We conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort. Our team is available seven days a week throughout the season to address any maintenance needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8. Complimentary Offerings<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We provide complimentary water, soft drinks, beer, ice, and towels for your convenience. These items will be readily available on board. Additional requests for items such as champagne, wines, or other special orders can be accommodated and will be prepared and served by your attendant. Charges may apply for special orders and onboard dining arrangements, which should be discussed in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">9. Dining Reservations<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Upon request, our staff can handle reservations at local restaurants. The crew will stay on board during your meal to secure your belongings and the vessel, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10. Capacity Regulations<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The maximum capacity for any vessel, regardless of size, is strictly:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">12 persons, including the captain of the boats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">12 persons plus crew for yachts, if allowed by the vessel\u2019s licensing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please check the capacity of your desired boat with The Boat Charter team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">11. Larger Groups<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We offer several solutions for groups larger than 12 to accommodate your needs.
